+ after 38 years, most of that time a heavy user, I've elected to take my doctor's advice - I've quit the habit, abandoned the drug, put down my mug - yes, caffeine is the drug & the coffee habit has to go . . farewell to the fabulous brew; I'm 5 days in, cold turkey, feeling completely weird in many ways but it seems to be normalizing, if I could remember what that really feels like - stay tuned ..
